We process your name, email address or phone number, the project details you provide, the project country if entered, the form language, submission date and time, the fact that you gave consent and the version of the consent text. Device counts, point counts, country and project details are optional. Do not submit identity documents, health information or other people’s personal data.

We use the data to respond, clarify the project and discuss using ZVENO. The basis is your separate consent before submission. Enquiry data is not used for advertising mailings.

The site is hosted on Rusonyx infrastructure. The form sends your enquiry to Masterhost email, where it is stored in the controller’s mailbox. The site does not create a separate enquiry database. Access is limited to the controller and authorised people handling the enquiry, including the manager and engineer. Enquiries are not sent to analytics systems.

Correspondence is kept until the discussion ends, for no more than 90 calendar days after the last contact unless a longer legal retention period applies. The controller then removes it from the active mailbox and trash. If you withdraw consent or ask us to stop processing, your data is deleted within the time limits required by law unless another lawful basis for retention applies.

You can request information about processing, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or ask us to stop processing by writing to info@zvenoknx.ru. You can also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.

The form uses HTTPS. Access to the server and mailbox is restricted. The site does not use analytics cookies. If processing changes, this policy is updated with a new version date.
