Implementation
Included in the selected implementation service.
- Project inputs and brief
The customer provides the current ETS project, signal list and SCADA parameters. We agree on connections, data flow directions, scope of work and acceptance criteria.
- Preparation and delivery
We prepare the configuration and agreed package. The customer provides mounting, power, network connectivity, KNX readiness and remote access.
- Joint commissioning
We configure ZVENO; the customer configures SCADA. We test data, permitted commands and feedback according to the agreed procedure.
- Trial operation and acceptance
We check stability under agreed conditions, address issues within our scope and hand over the configuration, backup, instructions and test record.
Our responsibility
ZVENO and the agreed KNX / OPC UA data exchange. Before implementation begins, we agree with the customer on the scope of work, list of checks and trial operation period.
Customer's responsibility
ETS and KNX devices, mounting, network, SCADA, physical checks on site and overall handover of the automation system.
Technical support after acceptance does not replace commissioning or limit correction of nonconformities under agreed acceptance and warranty obligations. Additional engineering work is agreed separately; 24/7 on-call coverage is not included.
